They have a subscription that i have had for over a year now. Yet they are saying my transaction/receipt Id through google doesn't match up.Talk to google,they said that its correct and that the developer aka course hero needs to refund me or check the transaction id. yet course hero say google needs to refund as they have no record of this google ID transaction of the subscription that i have been linked to! From what i can see google and course hero need to have a chat! Scam Dont buy it!

Update 1:) Okay, well they reached out and I emailed them, so there is definitely that going for them. I've updated my review and will do so accordingly. Orginal Review:) No matter what I do, any time I open any app to use on my phone this app opens my camera. Absolutely absurd. Uninstalling this worthless battery eating app. I don't understand why it does this but not acceptable! And of course the developers are not responding so they are of no help at all!

I asked for an explanation of why you blocked my account and this is how you answer your tutor? You call this tutor support? You gave me an automated answer that my account was suspended because of repeated violation. When asked, You can't even mention a single violation that I did. Is this some sort of scam where first they are asked to work with you for money and to help students around the globe and then their account gets immediately revoked before they could withdraw their money.

Very poor customer support platform of course hero. I have submitted my tutor application for more than a two weeks but they message me on Gmail "your application is not completed and complete it" but on my account, the status is showing "your application has been received". I mailed to the tutor application customer support but they are replying with the same answer (copied and pasted) that "you can log in and check your status. I suggest everyone don't waste the time on this stupid platform.
