Love the app. I use YouTube primarily but I use them along side programmed workouts in the app. I started intermittent fasting in Nov. '22 and I have used the app to keep track of it since. I use the balance tab every day to rest my mind for a good night's sleep. I don't follow the meal plan bc I'm picky but I have pulled some recipes from there which has been great to incorporate into our family's meal plan for the week. The app is amazing and so much more than just workouts.

If you want a great woman to help you work on your body and help you achieve the body goals you're looking for, search no more. she's fun and knows how to keep you engaged. And her meal plans really do work. Because of her diet plan (classic), I went from 218 to 203 lbs in a handful of months without exercise. now that I saw what the diet can do, I am more than ever motivated to see what some exercise can do as well.

I was very excited to download the app as ive been watching jo's youtube channel, she empowering to watch but its sad to find that you have to pay a pretty high price just to use the app.
