UPDATE: APP NOW WORKS NORMALLY! THANK YOU to the developers for fixing the issue. •••••••• • Most recent update refuses to let me open/use the app... keeps saying "app is out of date" when I updated 24 hours ago & even then I had to uninstall then reinstall the app. Most likely due to the switch from Lucky Seat to Broadway Direct for the lottery ticket process. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!!!

Update: the app is working fine now! App was working fine for years. All of a sudden I clicked on the app and it said that I had to update the app, only when I went into the play store it tells me I already have the app on my device. The short story is I can no longer use the app, it just keeps cycling back to update the app, enter play store only to be told the app is already on my device.

I did the update date, and now can't open the app. It just asks if I want to load the app on other devices. Unfortunately, I will have to unload the app and lose all my points. Am really sad

Every time I open the app, it tells me I am using an unsupported app version and I should update the app. There are no updates to the app in the Play store. I have re-installed the app several times. Contacted support a couple of times and no response?? Looks like other people are having the same issue Update June 27th, 2023: The issue has been resolved. I received an email from support to update the app, and it is working normally.

HOW TO FIX THE UPDATE ISSUE: Like most of the recent reviews i was getting the unsupported version message, and the Play Store didn't show an update. I tried uninstalling and installing with no success. WHAT I DID: i pressed the button within the app that took me to the play store and installed from there. SOMEHOW this overrode the version on my phone and the app works. I contacted the app creator via the email in the play store as well about this.

Everytime I ho into app it wants me to sign in again.Then it won't go to date where I can enter for the contests of free tickets

The app suddenly stopped working. It says I need to update the latest version but I already have that. Similar to everyone else, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but I still get the same error. Please update and fix this!
