KFC US - Ordering App

KFC 's employees in KM are beyond rude and not helpful at all.I forgot to order an extra slaw and at the window told I would either have to come inside and order or go around and get in line very hateful from some whitefemale manger could nut order and pay for it at the window. My last trip to this establishment. No way would I order on line. .

Downloaded today (April 2023). Created a decent sized order, put in my payment info, and the app crashed. Tried 3 times same results. Edit.... 3 months later (July 2023), no app update and still can't order through app. Same issues. UPDATE YOUR APP!

It's bad to order on line, no delivery, then you have to in after order. Should at least bring your order out.

Constantly fails. Fresh install and never gets past loading screen. Several tries spread over months and simply does not load. Reboot, reinstall, retry... nothing. Definition of insanity! Zero stars if possible!

Can't even use or login. Keeps saying app not working then it shuts itself down. If there is an update I am not able to get it. This app has constantly gotten worse the longer I keep it. Every time I am able to use the app, I have to use it as a guest. So in doing so I am not gaining any points for using, which sucks completely.
