amazing and really useful app especially since i dont have to go to the website and i can just open the app to browse items although the text is completely unreadable if the phone is in darkmode; the text turns white but the background of the textbox stays white so it makes everything really hard to read, i'd appreciate if this was fixed in an update

Text not showing up, no easily accessible categories

I adore Lush and all their products, but this is, quite frankly, one of the worst apps I've ever used. Not only is it really badly laid out, it just repeats the same products as you scroll. You have to really search to find the ingredients (it doesn't matter if it's all natural lush, some of us STILL have allergic reactions to some of your ingredients) and nothing is just in a single section. (Or if it is, I didn't manage to find it) I'll just have to stick to travelling to the shop once a month

Doesn't work unless you live in Canada or US (so basically pointless) and that means you can't scan your Mario bath bomb to collect them all. Someone did not think that through for the UK then ☹️

Kenadie was really lovely when me and my husband and son went into the store she helped us find out what all the stuff that we needed is a really great sharp cannot wait to go back staff members are lovely

All in all, not the most useful app. I'm not sure why the website pushes so hard for you to use the app but then most features aren't present. No account management, no order history, nada. You can place orders (with more limitations than the website), but that's about it.
