Breakdowns galore. The only way to fix them realistically is with gems (real money). You can wait forever for the required item to drop from buildings when you have a broken building. Not all of us have 7 friends who play daily that can send us items. Too bad, I like the game and would spend real money but not on something like a broken building.

Great story, great game play fun and addictive but impossible to keep up with broken buildings!! I'm only at level 11 and sat on 8 broken buildings with no way of progressing! Perhaps a gem that heals or protects buildings would provide a better chance of progressing without spending huge amounts of money. I'm actually not against in app purchases and will spend money if I think it's worth it. But in this case I don't!

There is not any choice to earn xp and grow xp level. The ecology level depletes very fast and does not regenerate. The buildings need repairs often and not enough tools. The app freezes when a different app sends notification on the tablet device. As a casual player who wants an offline gaming experience, this game will be challenging to play.

Good game at first . Then you reach level 8. Your buildings constantly need repairing which cost gems. You get very few gems in the game so this takes a lot of time. You can upgrade your building to stop this happening but it costs 200 gems which you have to buy. You will never build up 200 in the game. So to upgrade everything will cost a lot of money. Just a cash grab game pay to upgrade. Without upgrading you dont get much xp. So have to spend on the gems if you want to get past level 12.

I used to love this game but had to uninstall due to personal issues. Since reinstalling, im only giving 1vatar since in the few months since ive played the game has gone downhill. By level 9; 3 of my machines...majorly needed ones were broken and the piece needed for repairs was not given in the several times i collected from the house that provided it. I could use Rubies but they are hard to get unless youre willing to spend hard earned Real life money, which i am not. Uninstalling

This app has been around since fb was known for apps. Unfortunately, it is the exact same. What they use your money for, idk. They want to make money off of your data via your phone and social media accounts. They also get free advertising by making you beg for help on your social media accounts. You can't make friends without a social media account. There is no way to earn premium currency and the app relies heavily on it. Also, it's a build and wait...nothing else to do..boring.

Interesting idea , pretty decorations but not immersive enough. Characters and dialogues are so ridiculous it kills it for me. Could use some rebalancing like quest for a cave opens two.lebrls before i can even reach that cave. Decorations and attractions mostly cost crystals. I'm bored wit it after a few levels. Idea is great but execution just feels uninspired and doesn't make me want to invest neither time nor money in it.

I love the game, its just that looking for tools for production building repairs is really difficult, thats why sometimes i have no choice but to use gems, but overall, the games great, better than any other city simulation games i have played before, i just hope youll find a way to solve the issue i complained. Thanks for making great games!!😁👍

Love this game. At first, I have a hard time since some production buildings need repair sometimes, but after I have build residential buidings, almost 4 for each kind, and constantly plays it everyday, ; I have earned tools to fixed it without costing real money. Right now, I'm having a hard time to upgrade my storage... I'm earning rubies through the turtle and sometimes, through free spin everyday... It will needs me a lot of time, since I'm not using real money in buying rubies.

I am currently on level 33 and my facebook account is already connected on the game. However, the app cannot seem to connect on the internet. I uninstalled it and installed again, but it didn't prompt to load my old game using my facebook account. I also tried to buy rubies and the payment was successful but it didn't load in the game. All those payments are wasted! Reimburse my money or give me back my old data!
