UX is somewhat confusing. There are at least 2 acceptance and success screens (history operation and operations in general) . Chat bot sends too much different topics on one key-word. Invest section, well, I'd rather get Tinkoff app for in I'd advise rearranging credit card requisities and info section. For example, if you transfer extra money (more than a limit) to the credit card account, the page states you have 0 debt, though the monthly payment is on. Confusing.

Great app! But needs more control over notifications. I want to have advanced control of which promos, updates, news and technical issues i will be notified in app or in notification center.

Usually tech support not attentive, not polite, and apparently not trained to work with clients. Support by phone id better, but not ideal. The app is not very convenient, they do not provide all my accaunt information that is given in other banks, and they did not even send an SMS about the payment terms, although it is written in the contract. Then they talked nonsense to justify it.

The auto fill my code from push notification is a bad idea. My Google Auto Fill is off, but the alfa app itself substitutes the confirmation code...

I learnt about their 2% cashback debit card, decide to order it, downloaded the app, tried to read the contract. But nothing was happened after clicking on the contract link. Very disappointing!!! How somebody could become your client without being able to read a contract??? Do you test your app before publishing??? This bug (if it's actually a bug but not a "feature") is two clicks from the start!!!

Nice modern-looking app, wish the desktop site looked as modern. The recent changes to push codes are very confusing, though: like why would you suddenly need to change the key you used to enter app. I thought it would replace push codes, so you have to make them harder, and because of that I made a hard key which, due to my memory issues, I then forgot. Now I see you still have to use the push codes for all operations, so what was this change for? 😕

Too many ads of bank services. Also app doesn't support split-screen. If I knew that I will never use this bank

I'd like to have it more convenient. For example, I use templates to pay for something or to send my friends money. But when you have 50 templates and they are not sorted by their frequency of using (most often used templates are very reasonable to put on first) - it's not convenient.
