I always enjoy brick breaking type games and this one is nicely done. Challenging levels, excellent power ups, nice background music, and excellent graphics. But about those graphics, I wouldn't play this game if you have any sort of visual processing disorder (including motion sickness!). I have never seen a game try so hard to get you to lose by making its graphics more intrusive! I like it personally, it makes it more of a challenge, but on the same note I can't play very long at a time.

I really like this because it seems to be the only brick breaker game out there with no ads. But there is some lacking. There's pretty bad paddle lag, there's words/ numbers flying all over the screen while you're trying to watch the ball, there's no way to slow down the ball by hitting it just the right way, as in other similar games. You can lose coins even after they hit the paddle. Levels are beautiful and very cleverly designed though. Wish there were more levels.

One of the best brickbreaker variants on the market. 300 levels, each with three levels of difficulty. Top notch graphics and music. Multiple power ups, each with multiple upgrades. The cost of the power ups seem pricey at first, but each level has an abundance of coins to collect making the upgrades easily obtainable yet still requiring some grinding. Definitely download this masterpiece!!

Good game overshadowed by low progression. The controls are excellent. Graphics can be a little distracting. The power ups have real weight behind them... When you find one. One hundred levels in, and the only stages that have power ups are the ones with mandatory unbreakable blocks. I farmed +3 gold and +2 magnet to hasten early upgrades.. but the item upgrades don't do anything if their items don't actually drop. Gold drops turn almost non-existent after the first level, even with +3 luck.

A pretty standard popcorn / Arcanoid / DX Ball / Krypton Egg type game with a twist: you only play one level at a time instead of all of them at once, and you earn coins as you play so you can purchase "upgrades" to make the game slightly easier/better in future plays. There are a lot of really fun levels. Problems: you get no points for earning (perfect) 3* on levels and it costs A LOT of coins to actually purchase upgrades. With $10 you can really improve the quality of play though.

Fun retro functionality with up-to-date graphics. However, Level 1.5 is already too hard. When I crash it gives me an option to continue for real money -- unless I have accumulated enough "coins" after multiple games. I get bored and decide to quit, and have to click at least four times to get out: "Continue?". (x). "Level Failed". (Menu). (Android back button). "Quit Astroball?". (Yes). Like most of these games it's made to milk every "real" penny it can through frustration and boredom.

An underrated classic, brings back some serious childhood nostalgia. I've tried a few other brick breaker games, but this one by far is the most similar compared to the one from 2000. There's not an insane amount of ads either! I also love the graphics. :)

The background makes it hard to see the ball especially when at a higher speed. Other than that, I absolutely love this and would love to see more levels! I gave the rating because I still love playing even though I have the slight problem with the background while playing.

Exactly what I was looking for. Ad free. WooHoo!!! Ads are ruining our world. Thanks for this. Store doesn't work. Gems through grinding will never be enough for upgrades. You have to manually save or you loose progress if you re-install. I'm not redoing these, so I'm uninstalling already after my first re-install. Not worth it. Ball can take forever to bounce down if it's bouncing horizontally. Like, forever! Who has time for that? Background is so flashy, you lose the ball all the time.

The game is very well detailed in graphics and starts off fun. But I had uninstall it because when it comes time to the ball speeding up the background special effects are nauseating to my eyes and it distracts me too much from watching the ball because of all the animations going on at once. I got to level 3 and had to stop playing it. I wish you an option to turn off animation in the background then I'd be able to play it 😔
