I love this app! I use it for home schooling! We have a Band for each subject. Everything is color coded, neat, and organized! I love that we can share Band posts with other Bands, which makes creating the syllabus so easy! If I could change one feature, it would be the polls (We use these for quizzes and some tests!). It would be nice if we could reopen a poll once it's been closed. Maybe add a feature for tabs in the bands. Other than that, definitely one of my favorite apps! Thank you!

edit: the team was quick to fix bugs/outages. This app is very useful and I recommend it to anyone who needs and app to keep their groups up to date. The user interface is user friendly and fresh, very nice app. Customer service was also very quick to reply to me when I had problems logging in (it was just a server outage and not a personal problem).

5/2/22 Update; Having trouble with Band not alerting audibly on some chat messages. Sent in a message to the help line and was told to send screenshots..... of a noise that isn't happening. Not sure what to do. Still frustrated with tripping on the functions are only on the phone app vs the website. Also I REALLY wish that the names in the sign-ups didn't grey out when the slots are full. The text is so TINY that it almost disappears when it goes grey. One other question. Is there any chance that Band will start tracking cumulative hours for community service groups. I really need that function! Starting to look around for something that can do both, even a paid app. Sign-Up Genius can do some of this, but it is pricy at that level. I wouldn't mind paying something, but they are a bit high. Great app, especially for free! The ability to do signups and polls is really helpful. Definitely helps with communications, especially with chronically non-communicative teens! Couple suggestions; 1. It would help if I could see who has read group chats, not just how many people. 2. It REALLY needs a "users manual", as opposed to a bunch of clips. Biggest complaint I get, and has kept my older leaders from using it well. 3. Having all of the functions work on the app AND the website. Thanks!

I really do like this app :D! It's been such a blessing during covid and has helped me and my peers stay connected. My one complaint is that I can send voice memos that are up to 5 minutes only. In addition to that, I can't skip around in the voice message so if I miss something, I have to relisten to the entire thing. Also, when I leave the app with a voice memo playing, it cuts off and I have to go back to play it from the start again :( Other than that, this app is great!

It's not bad, would have liked to see more calendar views such as daily, weekly, monthly, yearly as a full spread of events is often helpful to view. Other critique I have is making the events that last a few days run as a bar across those days rather than just a dot for each day. Would be additionally helpful in visualization of events spanning longer than a single day. Looking forward to an update that may include the above listed!

It is okay, most of the time. Usually not too many issues, but recently I ran into a problem where the screen will black after I open the app and immediately after, the app crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times, restarted the phone and cleared off some other apps, but it just doesnt want to cooperate with me.

Its ok. Pros- makes it really easy to keep the office up to date with current job progress and its a easily navigated app most of the options are self explanatory. Cons- im constantly having to close and reopen the app to get it to load pages the app seems to double post frequently and load times are kinda slow lately the pages are loading up as blank pages and i have to close the app and re open it to get it to load (edit-- the app is quickly becoming the bane of my existence)

Great concept, but significant lagging with posts. I love the idea behind this app and it does so many great things. However, when I post or comment there is a noticeable lag. Also, when videos are posted, there is a lot of stuttering and pausing on replay. I've done a lot of troubleshooting on my end, and I don't think it's my phone/ WiFi. It must be the app. Unfortunately, it makes the enjoyment level significantly deceased. Feel free to respond with technical suggestions.

Far too many irrelevant notifications. Constant notifications from the app itself about features they have, and no way to turn them off without disabling all notifications. We use this app for coordinating our marching band, and these junk notifications are useful to no one. The app is generally very slow to load, which is a big issue over a variable mobile phone connection.

This app is the worst. I download it for our kids dance classes in order to watch the live stream. For the first few months it worked just ok. Over the past few weeks it constantly freezes. Only way to get it to work is to force stop the app and go back in. Even then you can only watch a minute or two before it happens again. I cleared cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am not the only one with this issue. There are multiple parents in the dance class that have this problem.
