Why is the app SO slow? I spent a looong time registering to realize that EVERY TIME I launch the app I'm gonna have to REPEATEDLY WAIT MINUTES for city maps to download, the car to be booked, etc. Overall not intuitive, user unfriendly. Thank you. I will either uninstall or use this app as my LAST fallback option to rent a car. Edit: My device is Honor 10i, the OS is Android 10. My internet connection was 12 Mbps at the time.

You can't delete a credit card from this faulty service. Sometimes its servers stop working and you cannot even login, while app sends you push notifications that the car is booked and paid booking has started. Wrote to the support and got no answer in more than a week. The worst service.

Absolutely disappointing. I personally would not recommend this app to anyone. Especially if you have a foreign driver's license. They will block your account and say its "for security reasons" without any explanation whatsoever. Indicate that this app is "for Russian user only" or whatever reason is behind all the nonsense and i will not have bothered to download it in the first place. Would have saved both of us some valueable time

Worst experience ever. As a foreigner, I use several services as Delimobil, Yandex Drive, etc and this is the only place when you can't rent a car by minute, only for a day and they don't explain anything. They took 2000 rubles without any explanation that I can't change the way of booking. Until now, I'm still waiting for my money. Insane, so eash to create a most friendly interface for everyone. Please give me money back.

I had tried to sign up about a year ago, not knowing about the age limit, and had been declined for registration. Today, having turned 21, I attempted again, and now the app states that I "haven't passed their security check." I've never had problems with the law or insurance, and now I don't want to bother myself with your services either.

Another foreigner with declined registration. I'm a foreigner with residence permit in Russia with Russian driver's license obtained 2 years ago (the minimum required by the service). No fines ever received on road, no bad credit history. No explanation of refusal given (they have the right to do so) but by the number of negative ratings here and comments - foreigners mostly out of luck. Oh well, sometimes one gets stonewalled.

Bugged push notifications. "Active chat" is open forever without an option to close it. Had to edit from 2 stars to 1 after Support said that I "just need to restart the phone" to remove the notification.

This app is not for tourist or anybody who is visiting Moscow! I am visiting Moscow for few days from Canada, and I have experienced un easy process of registration. So, based on their system, they will deny you without any reasonable explanation. When I tried to contact them, they refused to give me reasons why my application was refused since I thought may be I have made some mistakes during registration process. The only logical explanation to such unethical refusal was that they did not like my selfie pic with my passport. My advice do not use such service if you are visiting a Moscow for few days since they pick users based on their ethnical background rather than documentations.

I rent a car today. But when I finished it say: our servers can't answer. And I wait near car and click button again and again. Time with more money. I must stay near car and wait server answer. I make screenshot and sent to support with request to refund some minutes. Support answer: it's impossible. Hate it!
