VERY overpriced.Not recommended at all! They also add fees out of nowhere.BIG SCAMMERS!they say5rials event fees Where the hell did you get this from? fraud company After edit: They say these fees are to help meet the increasing demand,while on reality when I wrote this review(I dunno now)there used to be hundreds of scooters everywhere with no one using them😂.That's so funny reply from you guys.Instead of admitting they say we want to meet increased demand. Shouldn't there be demand at first?

Ride was good but it is only located in downtown area and not everyone lives down there if could bring some to the south side Edmonton it would be great

The no parking zone are REALLY confusing. I see a no parking area on map but there's loads of skooters in that area but it won't let me park mine...weird. Also why not make it to where customers don't waste data getting a whole separate app to chec surrounding areas. Should be built in, it just makes more sense

Garbage Company. Horrible Experience. Nothing clear and concise. Seems to me they steal money from people. I was overcharged, and I never gave them permission; STEALING. Customer support is a joke; They just want you to read their generic FAQ's, and email. Nonsense. ☹️ I was charged way to much. Out of 4 hrs of having the bike, most of the time is wouldn't unlock, or out of zone. First and last customer. P. S. It's cheaper to buy your own bike.
