App is not the most user friendly, especialy when you need to select a location on the map. Huge, unminimizable window in the lower part of the screen that uses more than half of it. Difficuilt to navigate on the map. And map is inacurate, drivers agree too. Also annoying "where to" window when you open the app, not all the time we want to go somewhere, sometimes we want to check the history or review the account.

Bolt was one of the best apps I had ever used. It was easy, cheap and amazing until now. The driver clicked has arrived when he had not reached the pick up location. The map even showed that he had not moved. The first time it happened I let it slide. an additional fee was added to my payment. the second time it happened again. The third time, the forth time again! Let it be the last time pls or u will lose a customer. No driver should click has arrived until he is at the pick up location

Well... In my experience, bolt has a great issue, at least in Lisbon, that has been difficult to resolve. And that is scammer drivers who never pick you up just to collect the cancellation fee. It's has happened to me a few times in the past, but since today it happened twice in a row, I finally uninstalled the app because they can't even give good costumer support.
