Interface isn't great. Navigating through the app can be bugged at times. Very limited to what you can do with your own account.

I can no longer make International calls. I am told I don't have sufficient funds, but when I check my balance it is clear that the money is there. The balance is good. Also I dislike the Boost coins feature and don't see what I can do to cancel it. Help !! I used to like Boost. It has now become frustrating. It's not letting me do the things I subscribed to it for.

I was charged $25 extra just to change my plan from the $35 monthly to the $60 monthly now they saying that my monthly payment is $75. I'm thinking about leaving bost I've been with boost for over from 2002 just keeps getting greedier.

They get you with the opportunity to lower your bill but then you come across issues like...loading, it takes forever to load or multiple times closing and opening app. Also it doesn't keep up with your spins or the right timing before you can spin. I was almost at a 1 week bonus a couple times and it went all the way back as if I hadn't spinned every day. Just kinda sucks.
