App is not bad bit the customer service is terrible. So inflexible. Very dissapointing. Just a big company trying to make as much money as possible and not bothered about how they treat people. Misjudged the renewal and actually didn't need the app. Asked for a refund and was just stonewalled with the terms and conditions. Shame as we have used it throughout the company. We certainly wont be going back when our current contract expires.
Consistently drops calls and often poor audio quality. Hard to hear people clearly. Sometimes it works great, but majority of the time there is some issue or another. Had to start using my personal cell to call clients back which I absolutely hate to do.
Does not support SMS attachments (MMS) - took a while to notice as they downplay it. Reference guide redirects to XMPP section for attachments and app states that 'most providers' do not support 'SIP simple' at all, which is a way to support SMS over SIP (voip). That is not true from my experience with VOIP/SIP providers that I have used.
Seems to be a paid for app?? pretending to be free? Subscription? Can't get it to work to test without allowing payment, not happening
