It's a good appl, tho it cost me $39.99 for the next year of usage! No other document management app that I've used, comes even close to the clarity, definition or transfer minimum time as CamScanner performs flawlessly. Although, I've just noticed that CS has been taking copies of whatever they want, out of my phone. This is unacceptable. CS permissions, removed. Now the app only works when I, authorize it's permissions. Beware!!!

I love this app! I use it mostly to scan my certificates that I earn for continuing education to keep a digital copy and keep them organized for my nursing license. However, I have found many more uses for it. The scanned images turn out brighter and much easier to see. I can rename each image and organize them into folders.

Used to be great, now it's all ads and pop-ups that make it frustrating to use. A license is stupid expensive. Edit to developer response. The initial ads were fine, but now there are multiple predatory pop-up ads that make you accidentally click them as you progress thru the app. Even if you had to watch a short video before scanning a batch that would be fine. But there shouldn't be 2-3 popping up mid screen while using the app.

I've used Camscanner for several years and still love it. I find it a great place to save documents, labels, business cards, and other things that I might otherwise lose. I like the text recognition feature especially. For me, Camscanner has more features than the "big-box" competition apps. Update 20220112. Still using and loving CamScanner. Tried some of the others but was disappointed.

I've been using another scanner app for some time. This one won't upload images in the best quality your hardware can handle without paying for premium but it does seem to have an unlimited (or large) batch size. It offers easy document transfer to yourself as well. I will likely use this for all but the most important documents. Note: there IS a watermark if you haven't paid for premium.
