This app is great!!! I've been using it for a little over 2 years and it's never let me down. I use it with a micro mechanic and I've yet to have issues with both the app and the micro mechanic Ive spent less than the cheapest hardware scanner and it's leaps and bounds better than most high grade ones.

It's been great. I bought the OBDLink MX+ because it is capable of reading the Chevy Volt battery statis info. But the this app makes it all worth while. So much info at your fingertips. I have used it to diagnose my children's two cars a few times. One of the best features is that after reading the error codes, you can just tap on the code to do an online search for what it means and how to fix it. So helpful. Just upgraded to pro to patronize the app makers if nothing else.

It works. It does its job. With a Bluetooth adapter I can read and understand DTC's on most of our vehicles (excluding our heavy truck) for free, and look at the engine speed and other stuff (even if the vehicle doesn't come with those gauges). Connection reliability is good. The only thing I dislike of course is the free "pro" trial ending, but so be it. Being a mechanic though, I might just upgrade. EDIT: I upgraded to pro. SO WORTH IT! I can do so much now! Five stars instead of four.
