This app is effective, but not efficient. I was able to review many applicants for a position, but it was not easy to do once the applicants started pouring in. When you "delete" unqualified applicants, your thread with them keeps popping back into your lineup, making it extremely difficult to keep track of who you really are or are not interested in. I found myself constantly re-reviewing applicants, which was very time-consuming.

Things were good last time I used the app. Not anymore. I am a premium subscriber. I have sent messages and my notifications tell me I have a response but when I get into the app there is my message. Since the update my photo is no longer accepted and trying to message another person I get an error that it won't work and try again. Then it deleted all I wrote. So frustrating! Yesterday someone showed active yesterday and now it's showing they haven't been active for months. What's true?

The app is pretty poorly written - the messaging features are terrible as once you have written more than a few words the text goes off the bottom of the screen and doesn't auto-scroll. Trying to manually move down to see what you've written rarely works. Perhaps even more importantly, my notifications that I've received a message are usually delayed by an hour or more, which is extremely inconvenient when you're trying to coordinate interviews.

Too many glitches for paying a monthly fee. Messages cannot open. If it does open after restarting app, it only gets you to that message and when you hit back button you get an error message. Then it takes a long time to load a page or a new message or go to the home screen. I've had to Uninstaller and reinstall. If I was not in need of finding a nanny asap, I would not recommend this app.

What is up with the latest update? Absolutely useless! It took my first description but not any of the other changes I made. Then when I tried to edit it, all I got was error after error. 1st error was I went over 850 characters so I deleted down to 850. Then it errored and said it had to be at least 850. So I added another sentence and same error. What do I do when nobody applies because it shows they have to have every skill on the list because it wouldn't take an update???

This app honestly pisses me off. Chats are so incredibly slow and does not load and does not let you know when you received a message. Could not upload a damn profile picture to save my life. Small errors that could be easily fixed but this app is too cheap and careless to make adjustments. Needs a lot of improvement. Extremely expensive to find nannies. Check your local FACEBOOK listing for sitters and caretakers. It's free there.

The app won't let me set my home address because it's "unable to verify my information." There's no fallback for any kind of manual verification and customer support is nonexistent. I'm assuming they put the same kind of savvy into their caregiver background check system, so perhaps it's for the best that this is unusable.

I never write reviews, but as I am in the midst of a nanny search and am using this constantly, I feel compelled to provide feedback. The navigation on this app sucks. You can not easily switch between the messages and the profiles. The website is the same way. (I have more complaints about the website that I will provide elsewhere.) I strongly recommend that both the mobile app and website be overhauled for easier and more intuitive navigation.

The jury is still out on the service itself which allows for the hiring of caregivers. As many of the other reviews indicate this app is very limited in its functionality and the website using the Chrome browser is not 100% functional either. Very glitchy. Makes you close the app to read new messages as they come in rather than being a dynamic IM service. The search filters do not work. If you click on a caregiver's profile sometimes it will take you to the profile and sometimes somewhere else.

NOTHING works! They have not "fixed some bug," as their last update indicates. Can't save my caregiver's info. Can't tell if a payment to caregiver was sent/received. Can't run background checks (On hold for an hour before they told me to call the background co, which doesn't answer the phone either). The only thing that did work was my anual subscription -- They were more than happy to take my money. You'd do better w/Craigslist and figuring out how to do a background check yourself.
