I really love this game! I've beaten both hotels and finished all cases. I know they're still making more levels and I can't wait to play them. There are OPTIONAL ads to progress in the game. I don't mind them. I'm definitely keeping this game and can't wait for the developers to make more levels!!! Very fun and still challenging. Highly recommend!!!

This game is so fun!! Very time consuming! Plus there aren't ads unless you click to watch and ad for a reward. One thing I didn't like about the game is how hard it is to get gems but i was happy to spend a little so still 5 stars. I played all of the levels already but there is still a lot more to the game like taking care of the hotel. I really hope there are more levels coming soon! 🙏

The detective could solve crimes in the hotel as suggested by someone. It would be nice to always have something to do while waiting for new updates. A cloud save is needed. When you have to change your phone it sucks to have to start over from the beginning instead of getting right back into the game from where you left off. I want to put this on my tablet, but not if I have to start from the beginning.There needs to be more energy for the garden.

It's a pretty fun and addictive game with its varied cases and stories along with a management game to relax and cool down your brain. Only issues I really have is the spawn rate of the essential oil, it's too low and often leads to droves of people leaving and some issues with interacting with the puzzles. Otherwise it's fun and I enjoy it.

I wish I could give 5 stars, the game is pretty fun to play. However on th hotel management side it's frustrating that you run out of items quickly and have to wait. My options to watch ads is never loading for some reason or I would have a lot more stuff and diamonds.

I loved this game at first. It's so unique. But the ads stopped being avaliable after a week of play. You can't really unlock anything, or get the items you need for the game play, without the ads. Since I can't really advance anymore, I will most likely be deleting the game. Which is a shame becuase it had so much potential.

The game would probably be a lot more fun if the graphics actually loaded. I have to restart the game multiple times because it glitches so bad. Sometimes I cannot even play a level because the screen is completely white. The hotel backgrounds for the different rooms does not load. It's frustrating.
