Translation to English on this app is very very poor. Customer response and quick resolution to issues is also very very poor. It takes sometimes up to 48 hours to get a response. Online support which is supposed to be a live chat system not active at all. You are just asked to leave a message which you will never get a response or reply. Also searching for items or products using words/sentences is zero. The only good thing about the app is the purchasing price and the shipping options are okay

I top up my accnt and tried withdrawing,they said its being refunded but i didnt receive the money,their customer service is worse,im scared now bcos its customer money the account name is supposed to be in companys name but it is onyedum stephen...... I dont understand at all Pls refund my money

I can't say enough good things about this app. It takes the hassle out of importing from China to Nigeria, providing a great experience with their customer service from start to finish. Its very easy to use and I receive my goods very fast
