Well, it's pretty neat. Not too complicated to use, and not too many issues. There are settings for disabling stuff you don't like/want. Nice themes. Lucky wheel is just plain stupid. Two problems, however. I don't like how it changes the app layout. It should keep your original folders and app layout. Lastly, sometimes when I unlock my phone, I cannot swipe left/right to see my apps. I used a 3rd. party task killer to make it work proporly.
I have had this app for 3 years, 3 different phones. I love it, but the ads are just barely tolerable (I know I should pay to get them removed). However, now, there's this new cat character that appears instead of or on the beautiful screens telling me ridiculous sayings that don't make sense or telling me how much time I've spent on my phone and that I should exercise more instead. I don't want advice from a cartoon cat; I want a beautiful phone interface. Please change and get rid of characters that mar my phone's beauty.
Its ok. I love the look. I have uninstalled the app from my phone for a few reasons that have nothing to do with the operation of the app. There is SO MANY ADS. You can't customize the layout the way I NEED TO, others may not have an issue with it. Ok can't control the steeings the way I WANT AND NEED. But again others may not have issues with it. As far as the app itself, it worked fine. I like it. The wallpapers are beautiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a launcher like this.
I usually like CM products, but this one in particular, has too many ads. Oddly enough some ads are in good taste, but others are intrusive and unwanted. Don't like the idea of having ads in launchers in the first place. To me, that's like having ads in browsers. Having them in any app is bad enough, but having them in the two aforementioned is definitely a deal breaker.
This app represents a drastic change in the functionality of your phone. It's very cool, but for some it will be too much, as it was for me. It removes, disables, and replaces some functions and adds others that aren't better. It added a bunch of icons to offer other services, replaced the Samsung game launcher, put a casino shortcut on my phone, all without asking. Also, ads on your screen at all times. If you don't think your Android phone is too intrusive already, this might be fine.
Way too many ads..mostly repetitious ads and boring. Could be spaced farther apart and not the same ads over and over again. It makes me angry at the game or product for seeing so much and interfering with my business I'm trying to input. I can be sending a message or be on Facebook and end up somewhere I don't care to be and I can't get back to what I was doing easily either. Also, eats up my battery with the apps and the ads. Makes charging harder also because so much is being done behind even when I'm off line. It is crazy.
I love the app, and I would give it a higher 🌟, but the spam. It pops up a ads every time I open press the home button. That's the time when I close out of the first three more pop up right after. The commercials are so bad that I have to weigh if it's even worse what this thing provides to even keep it installed on my phone. And I will uninstall it when I find something better!
Why the hell does this app require access to my email, permission to read and send texts and emails without my knowledge, my location, the ability to turn Wi-Fi on and off, my camera and photos, my Bluetooth, reroute outgoing calls... for what reason?! and it goes on and on! There is no reason a theme app should need permission for all that! Hope people check permissions for apps like this before downloading. They want all access and control over your phone and without your knowledge. Very shady. Don't trust any app that requests for permissions they do not need. I'm sure you getting all my contacts would be helpful. I'm sure it'd be helpful for you to send emails and texts and read them because you know, the app needs all that to run. And it kills the battery. Ridiculous.
Unenjoyable. It looks great however, using it is a nightmare. The icons can become unrecognizable which would be fine just change it right?..... If could navigate the train wreck in a resonable amount of time. So park it because your going to be at it a while. Not happy? Just uninstall. Again park it unless you already fixed the recognition issue. It also feels like one of those programs that you never get rid of completely
I've used this app for almost a year. I loved it until they did an update. Now it pops up adds and little messages. I have no way of disabling them. I did not appreciate it telling me how much time I spent today on Facebook and then telling me to go hang with friends!!! I was doing business in Facebook and I did not ask this app to tell me what to do! It's supposed to be for wallpapers and changing icons! Uninstalling! Thanks for nothing.
