The store in Concord is super.
App hardly ever works, never let's me log in, I have to use the browser
VERY SLOW! I can't get it to work hardly at all on my tablet and not much better on my phone. Can't get past the billing address to even checkout.

Store and online okay, but the android app is TERRIBLE and it seems the developer doea not read or care about reviews.
The app is awful. Everything seems fine until checkout. Shipping/billing address is always wrong, despite updating thru app, website and over the phone with customer care. They're the only good part of this app! When I select my address it's never selected when I go to check out. And now it won't let me check out at all.
Won't let me log in, gives me an error message but I can log into the website. I just downloaded this app and already having issues...

You are unable to use the website while using an ad blocker. If your entire website is run on ads or collecting my information, it's not really a company that I trust.
Always have difficulty logging in. Changed password and still cannot. Slow loading. And difficulty changing shipping address. I deleted this app.
great products at discounted prices and the convenience of shopping
This app is garbage. Takes forever to load, deletes your cart at random. I moved 8 months ago and have updated my address in the app and in the store at least 20 times- yet there's my old address AGAIN. If something is out of stock or just deletes out from your cart at checkout rather than telling you it's out of stock. I hate this app.
Customer service is amazing the fact that I can call place an order and Heidi the manager gives you extra special attention is amazing at CosmoProf in coralville
Can't put anything in my cart. Recent orders don't show up. I had to go to the website to order my products
