App rocks. Is there any consideration for adding a feature to track sleep hours? And a way to search journal entries to easily go back and find specific entries. Tags would also be an idea but a search function would be clutch. The app is fantastic, being able to customize so much is really enabling a easy to use system so I keep coming back. And it allows me to improve how I track easily by modifying trackers. It's easy and visually pleasing.

I've used this app on several occasions over many years to help track my mental health. My latest streak is over 500 days old. I think it is very helpful to notice overall trends, and it's a healthy habit to look back at my day and think about what went well, what could have gone better, what habits I reinforced etc. It's easy to use and I like the customized actions. When I'm busy, I just pick a mood and add a picture.

I wish I could give more than five stars. I've tried a lot of 'daily journal' type apps and this is by far the best. It has plenty of features free. Its one of the few apps I wanted to support and gave $$. SO customizable, SO cute, SO easy! I love the button + notes + photo functions. It's the only journal I've ever stuck to. Helps me be mindful & intentional about my day-to-day, weeks don't slip away from me anymore. I LOVE the data analysis! I can see which activities correlate. So cool.

this is a good app. the focus on streaks is a little stressful for someone with memory issues if it's been a couple days I forget what I did in a day. but it works. annoyed by all the stuff locked behind premium but I get it for no ads. my biggest frustration is I'm having issues with the search. I put in words I want to see and get entries that don't have the words. I emailed the team and haven't heard back. if they fix this I'll give a 5 for sure

Good solid app here. Works very well for me. I have been looking for something to keep track of my moods on a daily basis, but easy to use and input - but also done quickly. And this is it. To aet up basic use, is super easy. And then you can tailor specifics to fit your exact needs and what you would like to track. Attractive UI. Fast app, have found no errors, no bugs. After a year search, finally found a mood tracking app perfect for me. Not sure how I did not find this one before now.

I have been using this for the last 6 months, and it has been so helpful in my self love journey. What initially attracted me to the app was the aesthetic layout and the ability to go back and edit. I decided to upgrade to the premium membership because the access to weekly and monthly data reports was too good to pass up. It has been such a great value and all of the other features I use regularly as well. I highly recommend even the free version based on the customization alone!

I haven't tried many so far, but I love the simplicity of this app and the way ut creates several entries as you go through your day. I wish "activities" could have ratings like good, medium (good sometimes), bad. I had a bad moment, so I uninstalled an addictive app & installed learning apps. I'd like to be able to track my good vs bad. So far, I don't feel a strong need for degrees of severity (sleep) bc mood conveys that. But I'd like to be able to start/stop sleep in checkin & track that.
