Updates: service getting from bad to worse. Missing items more and more frequently and consumer are unable to get refund. Stacked orders and cancel on delivery. Agents are not able to resolve issues. Had bad experience with Jade and Marz when my delivery is delayed 4 times for 2 different orders (on good weather day). Unable to feedback to management on stacked orders

very hard to get hold of help when food orders are messed up, delayed a few hours or have items missing. I've previously been to to wait tol the next day for assistance, when they'll invariably tell me there is nothing they can do because it regards an order from the previous day
