They make you do an upgrade and after you do your upgrade it no longer lets you know you're have voicemail. Either give us back the old way or fix this issue Boost Mobile! Least you can do is Havasu an upgrade to fix this issue. Because it actually just doesn't even work I've had to tell everybody not to leave a voicemail. I hope that y'all can resolve this soon! Or at least get back to the users that are having issues on what we can do to fix it.

Just hate the Boost visual voicemail. After installed I never received a voicemail . Please just leave things alone. Would have given it a "0" but it wasn't an option.

The old voicemail worked just fine but once you update it doesn't work. Love to receive notifications for voicemail but can't listen to them.

This updated app keeps uninstalling itself. Then you receive a notification telling you to update the newest version. Deleted all of my saved high alert medical messages and work messages. I have downloaded this everyday, multiple times a day for the past month and it has eaten up my data. Then when you download it you receiv error message sayonh it can not be installed along with an end of call tone. What is really going on and Why am I being charged for something that no longer works SCAM
