This game is amazing! It's so interactive and realistic. It's bone chilling and you make awesome connections with the unique and well-developed characters. Although there are some typing or spelling errors, I love them. They give the characters and the story more realism, because texting is rarely perfect. The mini games can get hard, but nothing persistence can't solve. All mini games are possible without buying extra lives with coins, which I love! I can't wait for the next season.

This game has a great, engaging plot. But there is 1 AGONIZING thing. After a while this game requires you to play about 2-3 mini games to continue the story. These mini games suck away your time and effort to beat these little poop stains out of the way. WHY must I suffer through such insanity to get about 4 measly minutes of plot? They don't even offer to lessen the amount of mini games. I'd be happy to pay for that. Heck, I'd pay for the multimedia pack too, if it weren't for the mini games.

I'm editing my review because honestly, the story is incredible. With the end of episode 10, I feel sincerely sad that it's over. I feel like I've literally lost friends! The characters are THAT fleshed out, it's so easy to connect with them. I have 2 reasons for 4 stars: I wish that there had been an epilogue. The game ends so abruptly and you don't even get to chat to see their reaction to the ending. And also, the match-3 game gets really tough with NO way to advance if you get stuck.

4* story, some typos, some questionably dramatic scenes, but I'm very engaged and interested in the story. On the other hand these minigames, after waiting for months for the final chapter with anticipation are a big downfall in my opinion. I was hoping that after finishing the first set in the tenth chapter I wouldn't have to deal with them again as they've become an irritation. Harder to complete, and having to complete all sets is murder. Especially when they hold no real in game relevancy.

Duskwood is an amazing game! I gave it 3 stars because of the mini games. The mini games are complicating!! It can take me days before I win all 3 mini games, which is really frustrating, especially because of the storyline of the game is what I'm trying to get back to. If the storyline wasn't so good, I would've been uninstalled this game.

I finished the game! overall it was really fun. I wish I had more interactions with Alan he was indeed a great fit but not enough was done to incorporate him a bit more. I really loved Richy 😭 so no way I'll continue the next adventure. Folks i spent $2+ USD to unlock premium feat and never spent a dollar on Credits. Cloud 12 / 13 were the hardest levels. Im good at the mini games but for others, it's annoyingly hard. Lastly if we finished the whole game, make replay a simple walkthrough. 🤞

Love this game SO much, but really wish after you start the second playthrough you could disable the minigames and we can simply enjoy the storyline from start to finish without the headache of dealing with the cloud hacking again. I already did it once. I understand doing it on the first playthrough, but not the second, just have it auto-complete. I already know the story at this point, I just wanna see the other choices I have without constantly being interrupted with the cloud again

*Update* Finished episode 10. I am so sad the game has ended. Already started a new game to replay. Best mystery phone game I've ever played. *original* Addicted. I can't wait for the next episode. It's engaging and I have become truly invested in the characters. The only thing is, it feels like I am watching an interactive movie, but really not a whole lot of actual detecting going on. I enjoyed the mini games that are part of the story. Those are much more satisfying than the jewel games.
