Great app. But i it would be so much helpful if i could pick words from a sentence and listen to the correct pronunciation of that single word. The choice is given to listen to the letter sound of it ,but not the whole word. Also it would be great to have a course to help distinguish the difference between long and short vowels and similar sounding words like sheep, ship cheap chip.

Very nice. I just hope they add more mother tongue languages in the system and hope that the app can pick up a more natural voice, apparently it does not matter how many time I imitate the voice on the app the system still have a hard time understanding me. My accent is not bad at all and I even tested it with an American born they still get 85%-90% accuracy where it should have been a 100%.

I'm impressed! During the last 12 years I have used multiple services for wich I endure 2 days of usage max. They are all boring and ineffective. Not only that, all the money and time I lost with those services. Not ELSA Speak. This is an outstanding app and software and considering the price this a "no brainer must to have". Note: I haven't found a single bug or glitch in this app. Some reviews are claiming that this app have some bugs. Thats because they're using a CrakerJackBox phone.

Excellent tool for learning US English pronunciation. Quick tip: Depending on the sensitivity of your microphone some sounds may not get picked up as much as others (like some consonants). To compensate, make sure you stress out loudly all the letters of a word, as clearly as possible. If you do this, the accuracy will be almost perfect. Also, it is best if you speak slowly first and then go for speed. (I have the yearly subscription btw)

Interesting and well made app. To really learn proper pronuncation you should turn on the advanced mode. Nice option is the dictionary which allows you to test your pronuncation of the word you'd like to improve. The finding of new lessons could be simplified when the pronuncation course is finished, it takes some time to scroll to the next topic. I personally don't like the leagues because it makes using the app competitive and it's not beneficial for learning.

Very useful and user friendly app. I would recommend it to every English learner as it providess a unique way to train pronunciation, reading and speaking skills. Their AI-based pronunciation recognition system is amazing. It provides users with immediate results and highlights all possible mistakes. I would like share an idea for improvement the dialogue-based lessons. It would be great to see the results of the previous recording of a long sentence while making a new one.

So far I really like the app and am considering purchasing the pro version. My English is already on the Native level so I struggle with "finishing touches". The one improvement that I would make is when there's practice after a lesson, it highlights in yellow sounds that weren't great but the app doesn't tell me what exactly I'm doing wrong. This would be huge help!

The free app is quite good, but when I purchased a subscription, it still didn't allow me access to the Pro version. Luckily it was via Google Play, so I was able to quickly cancel. Hotline support is in Vietnam, so unless you speak Vietnamese, support is iffy. I can't believe they haven't debugged the subscription service. You'd think that this would be a high priority. If you stick with the free app, you'll be fine.

The intention of this app is amazing,and I thought it was going to help me improve my pronunciation, however, I have experienced the opposite. I went down from a native level to an advanced level. In my progress chart is obvious how my performance has decreased, even though I put a lot of time into it. It takes forever to get a sentence right, there are some others impossible to get right, no matter the amount of time and/or effort you put into it. I'm confused and disappointed.😥😥

I had downloaded this program to test for my step son who is learning English. I'm a native English speaker. This program stated that my pronunciation was at an intermediate level. I might have thought maybe I could improve my English, except the majority of my work involves being able to speak clearly and correctly. It gets a 1 star because it apparently doesn't rate your ability correctly... the whole point of the app.
