I've used this app once. It's fairly user friendly to explore options & book. The charging for booking was confusing. I was under the impression I had already paid, because of a confirmation email I recieved. When I arrived at the hotel, I was expected to pay at check in. Then the price was higher than what I was quoted, also irritating. Lastly one of the amenities that was advertised, which was a factor in choosing the accommodations wasn't available, which was disappointing.

so bad. looks fantastic....until you try to actually plan a trip. booked and paid for a trip 6 months in advance. found out my flight was cancelled...not via the app or email, but because I was looking into covid19 requirements. now it's like 14 weeks before I can expect credit. meanwhile, Expedia still shows my cancelled trip in my up coming trips. Super disappointed and not enough space to share the other areas of failure I've experienced....this was my first and likely only attempt at booking

I actually booked a trip through Expedia on the computer and then downloaded the app to manage it. When I try to log in and put my email address it only allows me to put one letter and then the keyboard totally disappears and will not allow you to do anything else and you have to force close the app I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same issue.
