As with many apps which are new to me, questions will come up re configuration and settings. As usual, I submitted a support request with a specific question. Surprisingly, I got a detailed answer within a few hours of my submission from a real human being named Marcel! I had a followup question, which he also answered immediately!! How refreshing and helpful to find true customer support with an app like this. I have to get a new phone in the next few days and will definitely be installing FairEmail again and would recommend it to my friends - thank you Marcel! ** I AGAIN asked Marcel and he AGAIN ANSWERED me asap! I've been searching for the 'right' email app for android for some time. I hadn't even heard of FairEmail until recently and I bought it immediately after installing and adding multiple email accounts. Why? Because adding an account was 'auto-magic' - I just put in the email and password and the app did the rest. FairEmail is also highly configurable - *lots* of options to explore.Clearly, a lot of hard work and love has been poured into the development. It shows!

FairEmail is by far the best email application I have ever used. It's perfect in every way. I was using Bluemail and it was a pretty good email app until it started having issues on all of my devices. So I searched and found FairEmail and I love it. I have multiple email accounts and it makes it easy to keep up with all of them. I am now glad I had the issues with Bluemail otherwise I may have never found FairEmail. Keep up the great work!
