Annoying to set up
Please fix the login from a new device. My old phone was broken and I don't have access to it. You could have just login me in, in the new device and log me out from the old device. Why do I have complete a form in order to remove my old device and then you will get back to me after couple of days or maybe more!!!

Fifa is terrible while forcing people using this app. My friend bought and sent the ticket to me via email. However I have missed to check the email. There is no more emails that remind me about this ticket before they notify me that my ticket has been cancelled and I cannot attend the match. They should have reminded everyone if they accidentally missed that. Or just simply send the ticket with QR code only via email. So people won't have to log in this app.
