The game really has gone downhill from when I last played it 2 years ago. I tried to play it and it keeps freezing the game mid duel making me automatically lose because the screen is frozen and I can't cast or claim fish. I used to really like this game. I redownloaded it for old times sake and now I'm just really disappointed.

After 4 years I have quit and uninstalled. Spent thousands. Not worth it anymore. If you want to compete at all be prepared to spend some money. They will say you can play for free, but everyone knows you can't. 6 new fish events per month, special fish events every other week, it just gets too expensive and they've cut back on the rewards. I've never felt so free and I only just uninstalled the app 10 minutes ago. Beware!

I played this game for more than a year, loved it. Experienced some technical difficulties early in the year, then in May those technical difficulties became persistent. By the end of May the game was unplayable, constantly locking up, then after weeks of TRYING to work with support the game disappeared from Facebook Gameroom. I have not been able to find another platform to play on, any suggestions would be appreciated.

UPDATE: One day after my review, they completely changed the game's algorithm for me, and made the game unchallenging for 2 days, and now it's back to "impossible-to-win mode" Ive changed my review from a 5 star to 1 star. This game was challenging at first, but the events were achievable. I felt like I was kicking butt, and I was having lots of fun progressing, so I spent a little here and there to keep playing at a high level (so I thought). You get to a certain point where AI kicks.....

Been playing this game for nearly 4 years now. In that time the game has shifted from being great to average at best. Almost daily bugs/issues and now it is HEAVILY pay to win. This weekend event is trash. The challenge is immediately for a new legendary fish that can only be obtained via purchase. Major changes are needed or it will become unplayable.

I like the game I have played it before. I gave one star cuz every second my game crashes or if I go into a duel the game just keeps trying to load, I can't cast out or anything. Or it freezes up and I have to restart it in hopes that it fixes the issue. And what happened to the quests for a new player? More like the tutorial I should say..

Update 08/24/21: noth8ng has changed since 2/11/2022 I take back all the good things I said. The game is constantly crashing and it costs you power ups everytime this happens. It also costs you in bigger ways when you have a win streak going and it crashes, super annoying 😒. If your looking to just fish and nothing else matters, go for it. Don't spend though it will cost you at least quarter to a third more because of the crashing.

Used to be playable but recently about every 7 out of 10 casts in duels cause my game to crash. I have lost power ups, position in rankings, challenges, and money. Before this I would give 5. Had good rewards, the only time u paid for anything was when you wanted to speed up leveling, but everything is free as long as you are patient and prioritize for tournaments. Fun game but if the crashing issue is not fixed soo it will have to go.

Impossible to even have a good time as a free player. I am used to pay-to-win games, where you can never reach the best tiers unless you pay. This game takes it a step further and makes it unenjoyable if you don't pay. I've played for two weeks pretty heavily and the only time I win anything is when the other player doesn't try. It makes you upgrade zones whether you are ready or not. Matching system is grossly inaccurate as levels are not even considered. I wanted to love this so much, but dont

Love fishing games, as I'm a gamer, however several issues, was trying to invite several of my friends but I think I will hold back, freezing issues, power ups are not effective all the time, not getting reimbursed for things once frooze and you loose, some players dropping in rank to beat on new players, game has lots of room to improve, those are few of the issues, too bad if game was fixed it would be great, i spent lots of time on gaming, but I'm thinking twice about this one!!!!!
