Worst trip of my life from Milan to Rome! The driver left us on the stop for a break before Florence on the main highway, with no Taxi or anything! And God knows how we reached to the main station, took the train, we also talked to CS! later on the driver stole my hand carry with my laptop and other important things inside. They returned the big bag with clothes and said, we only found this one. How on earth there were no CCTV cameras? The whole Company is a fraud and bunch of liers ...
Easy app to navigate, no problems booking tickets and choosing seats.

I chose a trip with 10.99 € price but while paying it costed me 13,99 !
The worst ever company. Two last minute cancellation in one week. One of them was last minute from London to Scotland. We had to book a hotel in London and faced sever inconvenience. Please do yourself a favour and never travel with this pathetic company even it it for free.
I paid for excess baggage yet the conductor did not lete get on the bus. Extremely poor experience
