App kept crashing and would not even open. Reinstalled the app and now it works great!
WAS a decent app but latest update is S L O W. If your device screen goes to dim mode due to inactivity while waiting for seat map to load then something is wrong.
App is missing "Flexible" dates. The website has it as well as Google flights and other apps.
App continually crashes since new update.
The app crashes all the time when I try to log in. I've reinstalled the app, restarted my phone a lot, gone in wifi, gone off wifi, checked my phone for updates. I find the app very useful and easy to use when it's not crashing on log in (and yes, I've used normal login and fingerprint to see if one or the other works without crashes). I'd give the app 5 stars if I could access it consistently.

Haven't been able to check in or have boarding pass access for at least 3 weeks now. The app is terrible. It used to be decent, but now it is just taking up space on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times. SHOCKER! Still doesn't work!
Refuses to let me check in.
Stability issues with every major relaunch. The current version doesn't cache trips for very long, so you may suddenly need to refresh it. Maybe not a huge deal a week before the trip, but mid boarding?? Really, Delta??
July 5, 2023: The app does NOT ALLOW you to view your past trips, you ARE FORCED AGAINST YOUR WILL to enter the confirmation # or Ticket #, and you name EVERY SINGLE TIME, FOR EVERY BOOKING. STUPID STUPID STUPID. ALL OTHER airlines list them all under your trips, just like Expedia. FAIL!!!!!
