Hello I have a huge problem with the app, the can't load ait it never loaded and a screen popped on the app says you have error 5003 I checked waht is that and it says this error appears when you don't have an active internet connection and my internet is always active and strong, I hope you gix this soon and thank you

I don't have an active subscription visible on Play market, although I do have the premium status. Can't cancel it, so the app charges me half of the price (250rub) from time to time! I want to stop it

I have unsubcribe for getcontact premium last month. I don't want to use premium anymore because it spends money a lot. But unfortunately, I still get automatic payment due to my card's data has already in aplication. I have tried to search way how I can stop premium, but I don't find it. Please admin, make the aplication more easy.

Everything is perfect except the premium. I want to but my balance wamt to get that premium is too much.. i actually really hate something like this and dont plus any ads.. the premium make the deal really nice but how can i to decline these premium.. everytime i want to download app it always come the premium.. i know i dont have enough money but want to know WHO.. views my tag that all atleast get rid the premium.. its olay but too much for me, im sorry

I Email to customer support for account closure, have sent ID and passport for complete documents, even there is no response anymore, can you actually help or not? If not, don't ask for ID. That's privacy, you know, what's the point of doing customer service if there's no solution. apps that should be blocked by the government

the last update is really annoying, VerifyKit only gives WA as option, while SMS is actually much practical. Now I can't use my subscription because I can't login to the app since I changed phone.

I want to delete my account permanently. I already sent messages to their team but their action is so slow and I didn't get any reply. This is the worst apps ever. Plus, since I downloaded this app, I have received unknown phone call everyday. This is so scary. Please don't download this app.

I'm also an adroid user and i accindently clicked for premium free trial and subscription and i would like to cancel it but there is nothing on my google play subsription so I uninstalled the app and then i got notification about the subscriptions.I already fill the form and send my report.PLEASE CANCEL IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE I NEED TO PAY IT.😣
