Excellent App, easy to use, quick and simple. My only issue is that there is a glitch in the App and you cannot enter a Flight Number in the relevant box on the form, it wont take the details in any format. This is the only thing preventing me from giving the App a 5 ☆ rating. Flight number glitch still there unable to enter flight details into booking.......29/8/19

The process to book a car itself is ok. I just don't give it max evaluation because there's to many variables and products and extras that I don't want to think about. One thing that this and many other companies could think about is to register a customer's preferences and automatically present offers based on those previous choices.

Doesn't work properly with English language and very slow. One of the main issue is when it calculates the amount, suddenly instead of price it shows "NaN.00" something like this. Would he nice to fix this issues. Also, in terms of the prices when I go online via web is different price and via app is different. Would like to know more why is there so much inconsistency

Had to click on fields multiple times to get them to work. Could not edit adress field once info was entered. Requested information not clear such as "driving licence"...Is that driving licence number, country etc? Had to search their website for clarification. Wouldn't accept flight number despite it being correct. Cost more than trying to book through website (which also wasn't working properly).

Bit buggy. Top of screen cut off (Android). Couldn't touch the cursor to edit in text. Couldn't use Google login with multiple profiles. Works tho. Great car company. Very well run. This review is for the app only. Not Goldcar.

Setting and changing dates and times for a hire are monumentally slow and frustrating. The website is fine but the app lags a great deal. Also on my phone a Mi 10T Pro where I've hidden the front facing camera using the MIUI 12 system option the Goldcar app (and as best I can tell only the Goldcar app) still tries to use the top of the phones physical display. The result is the app is beheaded and I cannot see the area where I should enter the hire location. This renders the app useless.

the app is a wrong implementation in a little bit modified version but not really suitable for cell phones. neither the display size nor the keyboard has been adapted. login with Google is not possible, registration as new member is also not possible, the booking is possible anyway.. so it's a usable, functionable but trash.

Every time I tried to make a booking, it cancelled it after the payment stage! Incredibly frustrating! I've now tried to use this app a number of times. You can't log in to the client zone. I'd have booked more often with Gold Car if they had a fully functioning app and website.

HOLIDAY DESTROYERS !!! I paid for the fiat 500 and when I arrived they said they didn't and gave me an old renalut clio with the ignition service key on board and they didn't want to change my car or cancel my reservation, it was a danger to me and to pedestrians. Please choose any other rental company for the health of you and the people around you, if anyone wants more information I have pictures and recordings with Goldcar. DO NOT CHOOSE GOLDCAR

Terrible experience. I've been trying to make a reservation for a week now. They have a SMS verification which doesn't work and I cannot finalize my booking. Wrote to their support nothing they can do about the sms thing which is expected. Called their booking phone and they offered me a price which is more than 50% higher than whats offered in the website. Completely disappointed, wasted ton of my time, got charged for 20+ minutes of international calls and didn't even get a reservation.
