Pretty easy, but no way to access company discount
the app isnt the most user friendly when trying to search for hotel details and proximity to landmarks.
Can't make payments on the app, or check in or select a room. Pointless.
Used to be great but now it won't let me check-in online. I got bounced around Hilton customer service to finally be told they are updating the app and that is probably what is going on. Then they told me to call the hotel an hour before I arrive. So, after being absolutely unhelpful they tried to pimp me on their vacation club. Amazing that they can't handle check-in over the phone after wasting my time.
