addicting and fun. for me and my 4 and 7 year olds. they love the hot wheels, the speed, the ramps and surprisingly, the crashes and explosions. i love it all. the controls are good. and each vehicle handles differently. which is awesome. with the truck being the one i dislike the most. lol. too bouncy. overall, a good game. a fun game. an addicting game.

Totally Accurate Battle Creator

It's a love hate thing for me. Hot Wheels was a thing for me when I was a kid. I really enjoy the Trials series since the flash game, so this was right up my alley. I would love to see this game evolve in the same ways Trials did. That being said, minus the game feeling repetitive in terms of level progression, this is a pretty solid game. The variation between cars is crazy. All this game needs is more tracks I think. Feels boring replaying levels for coins. That's it really.

Though this game is very fun to play, I give this game 2 stars, because apparently there was a 'conflict' with the game save. It made me lose a big chunk of my progress, because it got rid of the upgrades I put on some cars yesterday to unlock 4 of the top cars, 1 in each set. I had the cars yesterday, and now they're gone. The autosave system on this game is terrible, I do NOT recommend it unless you continually want to achieve the same goals, even though you've already done them.

This game is super fun! You get to unlock cars,upgrade your cars and much more! I love this game because it is fun, it keeps me busy, and that I love hot wheels! I have a lot of them at my house.It also tests your skills and reflexes. I also like that i get to race people mostly because i win all of them. I also win the other races. But sometimes i don't win but it is fine. Some levels are easy, hard or hard and easy at the same time. I mostly do it on my free time or when someone allows me to. Overall, I really like to play this game!

With each car having its own currency, it forces you to grind for every car, with no option to pick and choose which ones you want to race. Each set also has it own cars, so all the time spent beefing up one car in the previous set is unusable in the next set. Controls are really loose. And even maxed out cars still have issues climbing hills. Cars are really really bouncy, even small ripples in the track will cause the car to pop wheelies. All cars have the same options to upgrade, just each newer car has higher upgrade "levels". There is "stunts" you can do that count toward a free gift, but you can only fill it once every 18hrs. So once the bar is filled and claimed, stunts are useless, and they do not add to your cars currency.

okay, one awesome game ok? the shadows are kinda weird as they go through stuff, and the car sometimes lands and gets stuck in the track. the muscle speeders antenna thing is in a terrible place, as I was doing a loop and it went through the car and blew up. and on those back and forth thingamabobs you cant even touch the back wall without it exploding. I'm not tryna be nitpicky, but it's kinda annoying. thank you!

Good idea, poor execution. Ridiculous amount of ads. Literally between every race. Basically have to di every track over and over until car is upgraded enough to finally finish. View angle too close, so you can't see track ahead. therefore you have to run race, and fail, again and again until you memorize track. You can't really select cars. You just upgrade to get next car but early cars to slow so you have to use new ones. Skip it.

So, most game reviews I see say too many ads. And I ignore that because free game, you gotta pay bills somehow. I will watch extra ads for power ups. But this game? Legitimately too many ads. It's a fun game. Hard though, but the frustration comes when you are just one adjustment away from passing a track, and you've got to watch àn ad forever to get to race again, and then they ask you if you'd like to watch another for a power up...nope. Rather go build a real track with my kids.

I just love Hot Wheels race off, because it's like so fun. Because of all the challenges that they have. Like different tracks I mean you have to have different cars to complete the course and then you move on to the next level. But it's it's just so fun you should try it for yourself you will find it awesome. Oh and by the way haha you will like it!!!!!!!!

Ads are annoying and supposedly can be removed by any purchase. This did not work for a kid's restricted Android account when making the purchase from the main account. However, customer service was great and disabled the ads for us on the restricted account. Game is super fun without getting interrupted by ads every few races! Bit too challenging for a very young hot wheels fan, although it is awesome for him to be able to identify the hot wheels he has that are in the game.
