Making reservations is simple with all the information, directions, and reviews provided. Good prices and good selection of hotels, condos, and homes. This makes travel plans easy and changes even easier because it gives me a clear date to cancel. I also had my college kids put the app on their phones. In case they are stranded when traveling, they can book a place on my account even if I'm not with them.

Excellent app that functions well. Great deals on rooms, and the filters make it easy to find exactly what we need. The only complaint I have is the nonrefundable deals. I understand that the low price is in exchange for a guaranteed payout for the hotel, but it would be helpful if maybe you could have up to 3 days ahead to cancel. That way, the hotel wouldn't have a last minute cancellation, but we'd still have flexibility in case plans changed. Cheers!
