Mapping feature hasn't worked once! Every time I try the Roomba somewhere gets stuck and automatically deleted the map! I've tried 4 times now and have completely given up. Frustrating because I don't always need to clean the whole area. Also I'm having a lot of issues with my bag, I changed it out twice now and the new bag keeps saying it's full when there isn't anything in it. I love that I don't have to do the vacuuming myself but these don't help.

Good app, with coding flaws. Since day one, which was right around the 2022 new year, so many links are dead. Whether it's Robot Settings or Help, for instance, I can guarantee I'm gonna find a dead link that gives me an error. Other than that, with a basic Roomba, the app seems to control things just fine. A lot of these reviews are actually about the vacuum, but I am sticking to the app. Scheduling works, rebooting works, but man, those dead links are annoying because I know it's simply code.

The app has for the most part been good, but I am having issues with the smart mapping feature. I have no option to do mapping runs and even after 9+ runs of the Roomba I still don't have access to a map that I can customize and schedule cleanings. I'm hopeful that it just a mistake in my part,but I have already emailed to ask for help and haven't received any yet. So maybe it's just me 🤷🏻‍♀️
