I tried opening one of my works and its just a grey screen. It appears normal when minimized but when I click into the actual work I get a gray screen. I have so many works and important stuff on here. Please fix this.

I've had this app for upwards of 4 years and it's been absolutely horrible for most of that time. I honestly despise it. First off, hard to use, ESPECIALLY for a phone. Notes app is easier. Second, annoying. Third, this recent update moved ALL MY 60+ FILES off the app with NO prior warning and NO instruction on how to recover them. Took me an hour to locate them only to find out I had to DOWNLOAD them to get them back. woulda been fine if they warned so I could moved them to my notes app.

This application is trash. I paid for the application and as I mentioned last time, they hold your files ransom unless you pay more. There was no subscription when I bought the app. Avoid like the plague. Reported to Google. After purchase, they will make your files uneditable until you pay a ransom. I purchased this app and after a while an update made it so I must pay $2.49 per month to edit my files. Google needs to review this vendors bait and switch practices.
