When it comes to making animated or cartoon versions of your photos, this is definitely the way to go. Very streamlined, simple, & easy-to-use with several dozen choices. My only complaint is that it takes so so long for pictures to save and filters to load.

I purchased a subscription after trying it on a few photos and really liking it; however, now I have a paid subscription and it doesn't work. :( As another person said, it just keeps spinning and saying that it's thinking, or hold on, or we're "warming up," but it NEVER works. I have tried multiple times over multiple days, and it just doesn't work. I am very disappointed. The editing capabilities are fun, but I cannot access any of them anymore.

Ok..WTH?!? So I loved it and it worked great BEFORE I purchased the year subscription. Once I did that, now it doesn't want to work!! I upload a pic and it's stays in "thinking" mode forever and won't go past that point. I've backed out and tried several times. I cannot get it to work. PLEASE help or give me a refund!! When you fix the problem, I'll give it 5 stars because i actually loved it when it worked!

I like some features, however you don't have any features to remove red eye, pull in or stretch, not remove blemishes. It makes it to where I have to use a different app, for those features, and because it saves an edited copy, this app no longer opens an already edited photo. Please either add features or make the "ai" open pictures that have been edited previously. I have sat here for my phone open for an hour waiting for the ai to wake up or make an appearance. First off I really wish you could edit videos. As soon as you open the app it starts pressuring you into a free trial which is not at all cool. It won't save any of my work and it asked me for my location. It takes forever to load and when I finally got in it started showing adds. I'm not a hater but I am honest. None of the effects are even good. There's a very limited amount and the ones that cost premium aren't even good either. The only thing I like its how you can add touches to the pic.

Extremely limited! Not even remotely close to deserving the $30 a year I've paid. Thought features would roll out in the last 9 months, but no. Other apps do as good or better, are more feature rich, and are free or less expensive. This app has tremendous potential, but I won't part with even $2 until I see a lot of improvement. Good auto-correct feature. Filters & effects are horribly inadequate, no healing brush.... A huge and expensive disappointment. In fairness, I should be refunded.

I am a professional photographer and have been field editing digital photos consistently for well over a decade. I've tried nearly every editing app available, and always eager to test new one's. Bottom line: Lensa definitely has a few nice features. HOWEVER- Their pricing is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. There are many equal/ superior apps that are either free, or cost less. Worst of all, and frankly offensive, is their obnoxious sales pressure tactics. Time to uninstall. Sorry!

I have big ears and been looking for an app to crop the size of my ears and cannot find a single one, including this. Many allow you to adjust your lips, eyes, eyebrows, or nose.. but they all seem to forget that your ears are a body part. I can't find a single one and this app is no different. Very frustrating, cause I feel like it should be an easy thing to do. But I've tried for hours now trying to download different apps and not a single one!

I tried the app for a solid few weeks due to the meager limit to the number of images in the free version. Maybe 1/5 photos looked decent. The background editor was useless, even if taken against a solid color background. Maybe if I could experiment with lighting but then what is the point? There are lots of other free apps out there that work better, including built in into my pixel. Maybe if I could try more than 5 images a week I could get the hang of it, but not paying money to find out.
