I have been using this app for years to capture moments in time, and my viewers have always loved what I've created! My only issue was when they switched the features I'd been using, to the pro only version without warning, although I understand why. The cost difference is huge and there's no monthly pay option, so that drastically slowed my usage. I always plan to get the pro, but that's a big investment if you're not a business, for a recreational app. Regardless, get this app and create away!

It works well enough for my purposes, however it is rather limited on the free-to-use side, which can lead to animosity lol. So I'll give it 4 because when the videos come out they're not as sharp as I hope. When everything does happen to come together perfectly, which is semi-frequently, it can make for a good movie, clip, collage, or whatever you're recording.

Was a great app when it was free. Might have used it every other month or so and it is fun and very easy. However, a $4.99/ month fee with a REQUIRED annual plan takes the fun away. Since they've already changed what I can do with the app three times, there is no way I will commit to an annual contract when I don't trust that they will keep it the same anymore.

It's nothing I thought it was going to be. I was under the impression that you had full control to customize it anyway you like but that is not the case. You select which video/pictures you would like then you select something similar to a "theme" and then it makes the video for you. The only customizations that you can apply are subtitles (but you can't choose color, where they are placed, font & size) and a title. (I was doing the professional trial) this is just my experience.

Absolutely horrible. No free trial to see if you like it. Paid $5 just to test the waters. Was completely disappointed in the service. GoQuik Pro has a better AI rendering and you can adjust the length of videos without leaving out the good parts. This app just cuts out the good parts and leaves the rest in a 30 sec clip that absolutely sucks. Hard pass.

I used to absolutely LOVE this app years ago and told everyone about it. At first it was free but then I didn't mind paying the $20 annual fee and appreciated most of their updates ... Now what I used to spend annually, I got roped into paying monthly!! $20 PER month after a 7 day free trial and while there are some great functionality I find it super glitchy and the tech doesn't work very well... And since I only create a magisto video every few months, it's a complete waste of money!

I am not sure how this is a great app. All it does is use a few canned "styles" to splice some clips and photos. No control over color, transitions, quality, detailed settings. The app itself is stuck in portrait mode and far to simplistic to be useful. And that $20 per month subscription rate? Pretty steep for something that Google Photos already does for free. Buy a hamburger and a six pack and find a better tool.

Overly sensitive when trimming clips. I have 5 unable to process videos. 5 and that is that amount on a 7 day free trial. I wouldn't pay monthly for this until this improves. I want a refund. With all the technology free apps or not there shouldn't be this bad of buffering. I wish i can insert a screen shot. "An error has occured retry or swipe to cancel". You retry nothing happens. You cancel nothing happens. So you are forced to make a new videos in hopes it works. Time is money. This app is a waste of time and money.
