Ulasan untuk Microsoft Planner
Wonderful app to help plot & track of all the small tasks that add up to a big project! Syncs perfectly with Microsoft Teams to delegate tasks stay on top of deadlines. A must-have for project managers. I use it for all the different components of creating and releasing a music album. Having an analytical look at the project's process is a major asset when prioritizing what needs to get done first.
Provides access to all Planner cross platform resources. Setout like Microsoft ToDo, all be it with a much broader features set. Easy access to tasks and schedules in emulating principal components of the business focused desktop working environment. Good for keeping track of progress and monitoring outcomes. The cramped space of a mobile phone screen has its limitations, but for checking in on project and task progress, the Planner app is ideal.
Absolutely great application. The only thing that I can think of to fix is when you go to the home screen and back into the application it resets to the beginning of the list again. Since I have multiple buckets, it's a pain to go back and forth and have to swipe over to the designated bucket every time I reopen the app
I really enjoy the versatility of the app. I can use it with tasks app and outlook. I would however like to intigrate my planner app with files/OneDrive and possibly use it along with Excel or Word when I'm in meetings. Otherwise when open, it's also very useful for notes and additional subtasks included within a plan. But I need more features to safe the notes as docs. Rather than copy past.
Powerful tool. Great for organizing tasks. If you have the patiences and resources to train the rest of the team to use this, then you'll love it. I just wish it had easier flows like making task recurring. Works well with Power Automate. All in all, great tool. Needs a desktop client!
I believe there are some other apps that work better than this. However, this is Microsoft we are talking about. The app itself is alright, just alright. We use it for every day project tracking. The schedule isn't syncing up properly with Outlook Calendar. The interface is clean, but could be more comprehensive. First time users often have a hard time finding the plans they're involved with, and creating a blank one instead...
Good app but recently the app has become pretty much unusable. Loading the app takes long for something that amounts to a bunch of list items and a few web requests. Checking off/completing a task freezes and/or crashes the app. May have to do with the fact I have 170+ cards, large majority of which are in the completed category? Either way, switching to Trello for the time being.
After 3 hours of trying to get this app to work, I give up. App starts and eventually it will let you try and create a task, but it never makes the task. Help is useless. Keep getting link after link of just the basic "create a plan" instructions. edit: After more headbanging, it appears I don't have the right version of Office 365. Why the Planner app does not tell the user that they need to upgrade/add-on licences for the app to work is beyond me.
