Powerful tool but getting access for everyone seems too clunky and expensive. Refresh rates need to be faster. Ability to add data to a page that is not from the database would be nice. Spent to much time on a simple pie chart that can be done in Excel in 15 seconds. Took an hour of rebuilding a database to get it to work.

Had for over a year, constant issues, 0 (ZERO) support, been unable to access anything for weeks now.. have open tickets from over a year ago that I've heard nothing on. Even when it does work properly it's as sluggish as can be with even simple things like zooming in and out. Galaxy9+, apple 11(brand new).. doesn't matter android or apple. New update, uninstalled updates and still getting "Something went wrong, contact support "

Great app, and my team is using this mobile version more and more often to view reports on the fly. There were some frustrating bugs early on but they've mostly been resolved. I do wish I could force a refresh of a data set within this app. I still have to use the full website each day to do that as part of our data production/reporting.

Better than Tableau in terms of mobile-friendliness, good interactivity in tapping filters and charts, but holy buckets man fix the toolbars. I'm trying to see something, boom they slide in to block it. Trying to get to a menu option, I'm swiping like a toddler. I suggest a swipe in from edge gesture to slide in menu options. *latest updated fixed it for me, excellent!

Extremely difficult to use if you don't have an in-depth understanding of Microsoft platforms. Not user-friendly whatsoever and customer support is about as useful as a group of elementary students running a museum.

The mobile development should work just like the desktop version. It's a shame to have small squares where you have to fit all the visuals and designs. It's so challenging to develop a great design with this limitation.

Love the product but wish we had more control for mobile versions of reports. Dynamic sizing of tables/shapes/etc. so you don't have wasted white space would be a fantastic addition.
