LOVE ! A friend told me about the app so I decided to give it a whirl, instantly liked it for it's simplicity & practicality. I do wish there was more templates too choose from. I am a PRO member and all the extra fonts & music have been great but with only a few layout templates; limits the possibilities.

I spent the better part of an hour hunting down a decent simple story/ad making application and this one just flat out rocks. Simple interface with loaded templates! Sometimes the UI is a little finicky when it comes to placing your content (especially when the format is altered to wide screen proportions) but ease of use and quality of productions FAR outweigh any deficits. I would love to see grid/rotational snap and incremental adjustments for font/image size/rotation etc. Solid app! A+

I have the pro but a lot of lagging. Some titles doesn't work and then you need to delete and select the title you want again. The timing is also lagging a lot. Sometimes you try to adjust timing and you just can not edit it. Main colors (make the main picture dark) most of the time don't work.

Love the app. You'll definitely stand out on social media. Its really easy to use and helpful for entrepreneurs and storytellers. You have different templates you can use to design different messages. They have a free video and picture library you can use that includes a lot of stock images. Downsides to the app include unable to adjust the volume on videos, you can't use your same subscription across different devices and the templates on Android vs Apple are all the same which is annoying.

App hasn't worked right - I even signed up for subscription hoping it'd fix the issue. I have the latest version app on both my Android phone and my iPad. On the android, the gold text comes up black, and the video stops playing after a few seconds. On the iPad, while the gold text is ok and the video plays ok, the video is added up-side down. I feel I can't win with this one....was really hoping to like this app as I really love the gold text feature - goes really well with my brand. When I click to contact support, nothing happens.

So, I have an Android and I understand that not all features on iOS are on Android, but it's really annoying how some pictures I've recently downloaded, I can't upload or don't show up as an option to upload. I've been uploading 9:16 aspect ratio pictures that seemed to work for the past couple of weeks and I can edit and everything, but now it's not working. Please fix it, thanks.

I loved the app but the music of my projects all of a sudden stopped downloading on my devices. I have been back and forth with customer service for over a month but still no solution to the problem. Updated the app to a new version didnt work. Restarting my phone didnt work. I am hoping they fix it by the end of this week, if not, as good as the app is, it's not worth the the headaches and non-action of their customer support.

First the app exported the video at the wrong speed and length, then it crashed every time I attempted to edit. Had no other option but to delete the project. Besides that the whole editing interface is clunky AF. Not worth spending money on right now which is too bad as there are nice templates. Galaxy S20. Yes I reset the phone.

All the tutorials online show that when you press the plus sign, it opens more features and your photo gallery. That's not the case for me. All it does is text, gifs, or graphics. I was going to pay for the entire year but I'll be canceling instead. I can't really do anything I want. Maybe because I'm on android? Not worth it.

App is great, but I paid for the pro version and pro features worked during the 3-day trial and got locked after that. I check my bank transactions and I was charged for the upgrade. We I open the app it says I have the pro subscription. I contacted their customer service and it said it would take them one day to reply. That was 2 days ago and haven't heard back from them
