The hair wont follow my command. I have difficulty in controlling the hair set up, the zoom in and out and moving it around. I love the app because its realistic. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

NEW ISSUE: I clicked and held onto the avatar of me, forgetting that all I had to do was click it to bring up the edit menu, then BAM! All of the beautiful avatar images of me disappeared! I want to cry. 😭 (OLD ISSUE) Please fix the fact that when I click on a MomentCam photo, then click out of the photo to go back to see more photos, it scrolls me all the way back up to the top. Please fix this. Also, the more realistic face option doesn't show up on some of the caricatures.

What happened to the old momentcam? Before there are 2 style of making avatars!How come the forehead doesnt match the color of the lower face. It looks weird, its like half of the skin tone of the face is different to the other half of the face. I want to purchase a premium but w/ this style & weird avatar i dont think i would purchase a premium. Bring back the old style & make it even the color of the whole face. Every avatar in the moji world looks weird. It's not much choices of a hairstyle.

Wow was that a big no. I almost never post critical reviews but this is the worst cartoon AI app I've come across. Not even close to accurate and almost Zero editability - face shape, hair... it basically takes your photo smothes it and sticks it in a face shaped frame. And then you can zoom it (and your hair, hat, etc. choice) in and out -- but within that face shaped frame, or on top of it for a hat -- and it just looks bad. Hopefully at least it's free free? I uninstalled within 10 mins.

Disappointed in the new update. Interface is confusing to use. Having difficulty creating new avatars, as they are coming out with no face. In ability to create pictures using more than one character, etc. AND subscription price WAY TOO PRICEY! Plus I don't like subscriptions in general. One cost to do it all, and NOT WORTH more than $5.00, tops. It used to be fun, but now it is a nightmare.

this app used to be perfect a long time ago but now it is a headache to find the picture you want. It used to have only cartoons without colors and more options now there are a few pictures without colors and not that many options. we didn't have to buy it pay anything for saving the pictures. now we do. This is so disappointing. I'll remove it again

Tried to change hairstyle and hair color no options shown on the screen. Only to change skin color. It is NOT the best one out there! Really need to expand hairstyles and more color shades. I thought it was bizarre that you had to pick an age group and it defaults to ONE hairstyle. This app needs work..Not at all as advertised!!

each and every te when i try to post in moji world the app crashes. I couldn't even post a single image. I have subscribed for a year and hv a trial period of 3 days. If the problem doesn't rectified within 2 days i will unsubscribe.

This app used to be awesome but it stopped working. It stopped allowing me to create avatars. I tried updating the app, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still can't get this app to work. I'm so sad because this app use to be so fun.

From being one of my favourite apps, and having created numerous caricatures, this has been going downhill and now when I used it after a long time after the latest update, it's the most frustrating interface and unusable app. Can't create new avatars and it is not at all user friendly. Extremely disappointed. There's no point in keeping such a useless app. Uninstalling.
