So I read a lot of reviews and everybody is entitled to their own opinion. So, here's mine... Seems a lot of negative complaining. I look at the positive side. So, some things are not going to be perfect in navigation etc...So, that's when you call customer service, because each county (Transit- service) is different.This is a app-computer not a person. That's when you do your part, research. Can't always be the app, to do it for you. Now for the most part, it's a really great, and helpful app!

If you are travelling, this app is indesepnsible. Google maps doesn't have public transport available for every area, so as a student abroad in Europe, being sure that I can get around without walking or paying for a cab is just great. The navigation is also very helpful, and the app is super easy to use.

I love this app because it really is the most accurate for the public transit in Madrid. For several months it was the only app that even listed the bus I take every morning - not even the official Madrid transit app had this line listed. My only complaint are the ads. When I'm in a hurry, being stopped from continuing so I can wait for an ad to run is very frustrating. If there was a paid version (if there is, I can't find it), I would pay for it happily just to get rid of the ads.

This app is fairly helpful but don't expect it to always get you where you need to be on time. It's not the app's fault exactly, but i think it'd be useful for it to alert the user when a line simply isn't coming. I had bus lines that simply never showed up, and I had to wait for the next one which ended up being a much later time than what was initially stated, few alerts for detours, no consideration for "road conditions". Overall, pretty helpful, but not always reliable. Needs a little work

App seems ok except 2 things, one of them a huge deal breaker for me. Imagine you're in a hurry and need Move It to give you your schedule asap. Well if you don't have time for a mandatory 30 second ad then it's time to move on cause Move It isn't gonna work. Second, if Move It gets you close to your destination but you don't know where you're walking to, you're out of luck. Simply says "Destination too close" If I have to open GMaps to see where I'm going I'm uninstalling and just using GMaps

I had this app on an Iphone and then I switched to Android, and it went downhill very quickly. The location finder is so inaccurate, it thinks I'm 10km away from where I actually am. Also the graphics look much worse. It's a useful app if you have an iPhone, otherwise basically useless.

I've been using this app for literal years and I still think it's amazing, but the amount of ads now is insane. I'm fine with banner ads, and maybe a full screen ad after you've gotten to where you need to go, but full screen ads whenever you do anything?? That's just too much. I was even hoping there was a fee I could pay to get rid of the ads like in most apps, but that doesn't even exist. This is the best public transportation app I've used, please let me use it.

Ads when you might need to chatch a last-minute bus/train??? Are you kidding me??? Also, there used to be a feture that allowed for the departure time to be set to some point earlier in the day, extremely useful in case the route/app closed in middle of traveling. That feature no longer seems to exist. Really liked this app prior to those 2 issues.

Unreliable information. Shows non existing rout Of bus lines. Cost me more than once an entire day's schedule. Poor information quality. They don't cross reference or verify information. Wouldn't trust them with my credit Information. *edit As it happens to be, I did have to give them my credit info since I was looking for a carpool. Of course it didn't go through (unreliable) and no payment was made. Now they make it a hassle to remove my credit card. Only use it for lack of better choice

if I could rate this any lower than one star I would. This app fails to fulfill its main, basic purpose which is navigation. The map is messy and it's directions are difficult to understand and are misleading. It regularly tells me to get off at random stops along my route, or to transfer multiple times to reach one destination. This could be especially confusing for anyone in a new area trying to use metro. My suggestion is to make the app more user friendly and easier to navigate.
