This "nice new loading screen" of yours is literally neverending. The app got stuck on it for more than 10 minutes and hadn't ever opened in the end. UPD: clearing app data & cache helps, apparently.

Had some issues with a paid service. At first could not understand where the money goes. Nothing in the list of paid activated services. I had to contact the support to understand what's the problem. It appeared to be enabled but long forgotten service which I never used. I expected to see it in the list of paid activated services but it never happened. After the conversation with the support the service appeared in the list. I tried to deactivate this service but could not do it using the app. Every time I press a button it shows API exception on it. Need to contact the support again. Thinking about removing the app as it doesn't work anyway.

I have a problem with topping up my card, I put the code in the box. It works, yes. But when I tap the button bellow, the button freezes... I don't know, I have normal internet here but it dosen't work. A while ago it worked, but today it isn't working... Please fix this 🥺💕💓

In general their complex of services is good and at affordable prices, but their services, support and solidarity with people at the time of war make them unbelievably awesome! ... keep it up Kyiv star ... sure to the victory ✌️

Hard to see how the developer does not care about the product at all. The application full of bugs, there is an option to put several phone numbers you owned,but you can't choose between them in order to check the balance. I suggest you to give up and delete the application from store if you do not have time to do the troubleshooting. UPD: Відправив опис проблеми ще вчора. Реакції поки ніякої.

The worst experience probably you can get from a network provider. What I need is some internet and calls but, still they create issue on there app for grabbing extra cash from users. There is no helpdesk to solve the issue whatsoever available. They can charge you for any service, which you don't ever order. Truly one of the worst experience I had. Switched to vodaphone, way better than kyivstar I bet.

Overall it's ok, BUT why it's impossible to enter the app to deposit money from the card if you run out of the internet. Have to find place with WiFi or the place to deposit, yet some places close or depositing cash next day... Plz do something...
