App server was updated May 2022. Client may not auto update to match resulting with blank screens, inoperable location and search functions. You'll have to clear its data, uninstall, then reinstall. Then everything should begin functioning properly. MSN Weather in conjunction with MyRadar are a must have for the motorcycle 🏍 rider toolkit. No-hassle hourly data that is consistent and concise. Any percentages at 50% chance and above nearly always mean some precipitation. Thank you Microsoft. 👍

This is a quick, clean, uncomplicated weather app. It shows no ads and is unobtrusive. Some of the maps load a little slowly but everything else is quick. It would be nice addition to add a surface analysis map to the list of maps. I'm happy with this app and it's the weather app I've decided to use.

I really have enjoyed the app, but the most recent update changed a few things with the larger 5-day forcast widget: - More space is required to display the same information. - "Current Location" is not an option for the widget. I check the precipitation map each morning to see if it'll rain during my commute. That feature is very helpful for knowing how much gear I need to keep dry while riding my bicycle. Your app support email address doesn't seem to be valid anymore...

I'm trying to make a Microsoft ecosystem on my android, and I REALLY want to like this app!! However, it's really only useful for showing the short range forecast. Much browsing on the app and it crashes and is buggy literally every single time. I have not had a fluid experience yet. Sadly I just use the widget. I'll probably have to go to another weather app if Microsoft doesn't make this a viable, always working app.

I figured out the issue with the terrible loading/launch times. If you are connected to WiFi it should solve the blank screen at the launch of the app. This is one of the best and most accurate weather apps for me and its a shame it seems Microsoft has let it die out. Hopefully this helps someone going through the same frustrations

This app USED to be great (just like Windows). It seems pretty accurate and the maps are great. Lately though, when i go to use it I get a white screen and a search box and nothing happens. I have to force stop the app 3 and 4 times just to get it to load properly. Fix that bug and I'll fix my rating.

Good when it works, but it only works reliably when utilizing WiFi networks, as such it is kind of useless because it can't be trusted to work when needed, which is sad because it has the potential to be one of the best weather apps available, it's simple and easy to use, and it focuses on weather, not weather news, or climate change hyperbole, or ridiculous ads, just fix it so that it works reliably when utilizing cell data.

This app used to be one of the best weather apps for Android. Unfortunately, it has now become entirely unusable. On my x86 tablet, it won't detect the location or show any search results for cities. It is even worse on my phone where the app simply crashes every time I open it. Wiping the internal storage to start from scratch doesn't resolve the issue. Hopefully Microsoft can sort out the bugs soon.

Have to fight with app every time I open it for it to show any weather at any location. I've deleted this app twice and re downloaded it and it makes no difference. I'm going to delete ti for the final time and go with something else. I've had this app before on other devices and had no problems this device is supposed to be just as compatible. Won't work on my tablet either. I'm really disappointed for I've had msn weather for almost 8 years and on several different devices and now, no.

Used to be an awesome app on Windows Phone, but on Android... HORRIBLE. Buggy, as all get out. If there are warnings, it crashes on startup. Starting on mobile data, it won't open (Wi-Fi data is fine). The interface doesn't match the Windows version anymore. I really wish this app was fixed/updated, as it's still my favorite ad free weather app.
