I can't even find the support email! I was charged 179 for annual subscription and i didn't even subscribe to it or provide my card details! Such a fraud!!! P.S. I emailed to the given mail but still no reply. Still no reply and you executed the money from my account! Such bastards I can't even with you!!!

14 day trail no way to cancel

Can't log in the app. CAPTCHA wont load Just: "Unknown error, please try again" even after uninstall and re install over 5g network (no vpn) and over wifi network also. (Samsung device android 13)

I listed myself as mother to my two daughters and ended up as being listed as married to myself. And the app won't let me delete either one of me. I figured out how to delete one of me, so the problem wasn't with the app I just didn't understand how to use it.

Be very careful. This company will change you >USD300 annually (without providing you any follow on service) following your first payment. To stop the annual charges, you'd need to login to their app and search for a little tick box, within the endless pages of information. Good Luck!!! Never again will I use their services, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

App worked great until the free trial was up. Then I couldn't pull up any information without paying for another package. Now I can't figure out how to cancel the account.
