Amazing. I am 100% amazed that I can do so much - and I'm still using the FREE VERSION! When I first started recording with a Tascam 25 years ago it had zero effects on analog tape and every "layer" or track muffled the first one a bit. Especially when you'd need to dump 4 tracks down to one and add more. This is LEGIONS more powerful. A bit tricky to learn, but if something is worth it, it usually is!

Quite nice. What one gets for free is adequate for experimentation and the included synth (programmable) and free drum and sound kits are excellent. The sound is high quality, on a Chromebook the program really shines, with an on screen keyboard that can be played by touch. One can change the default 8 note polyphony to 32 note, and latency is not an issue on a chromebook. I did not opt for the paid subscription, just personal preference, I avoid that. Unobtrusive ads.

A good sound editor and DAW, but files don't load for me anymore, meaning I can't use it. I did try other apps to see if it was a problem with the file itself, but it seems to work just fine. It either replaces the audio with a short, high pitched noise, or states that "the .wav file is empty." Not really sure what the problem is, but I had a good experience with the app when I could use it.

I really wanted to like this app. I really wanted to purchase the PRO version. The 1 thing, The ONE thing... that made that come to a screetching halt was the innability to load my own drum samples. There was no indication showing that the $30 pro version had this ability. Searching it online, I found no help documents on this subject; closest to the objective was loading sounds into the timeline/trackview. It seemed like a really pro setup, but other android DAW's let you use Soundfont files and import your own drum samples. Here I only ran into in-app sales of sound pack samples I probably already have. I'll keep an eye on this one in the future, but I'm afraid that I'll have a different production line set up and will no longer need to consider this as an option, unless the other app really messes up, or becomes no longer compatible.
